Doctors Safety Line’s Retirement Village security programs, are experiencing rapidly growing acceptance.

Important, proven reasons for this growth are:

• The externally monitored Doctors Safety Line personal emergency alarm, in combination with a coded key box positioned at every Village residence (ILU), is the only system that can accurately be described as “Genuinely Failsafe”.  Our programs means the separation of the emergency alarm function from any other on-site services, ensuring that it will, at all times, continue to work, when everything, or most everything else, has failed, or is congested.  It cannot “go down”, as so called totally integrated systems, can, and do.
• The system totally removes, at all times, all responsibility of emergency call response, from Village management, and staff.
• The combination is the most financially advantageous for both new project developers, and management of existing villages.

The Doctors Safety Line Common Area Alarm is positioned in resident meeting areas, and other specific site locations, as required.  Every village resident’s personal pendant is programmed to this alarm.  In an emergency call, the Monitoring Centre monitor knows immediately the location of the call, and the identity of the caller.  Effectively, the Common Area alarm provides residents with safety throughout the Village site.

In an at-home personal emergency circumstance, the caller wants three things:

• A guarantee that they will receive quality assistance.
• To know that they will receive that assistance in the fastest possible time.
• That they can enlist that help by the simplest method available.
